But speaking of adding dairy products to coffee, do not underestimate its features. Milk can significantly reduce the harmful effects of caffeine on our bodies. It is helpful to know: that a dairy product contains a large amount of protein, milk fat, calcium, phosphorus, and other elements. It should note that this is a good source of vitamins A, B, and C.

France was the first country to try these two things together. Over time, this drink got the popularity it deserved, not only in Europe but also in the United States. These include children (after 3-5 years), adolescents, pregnant women, nursing mothers, and people with insomnia.

 It is a small but still a minus in coffee with milk: such a drink does not cheer up so well in the morning. In addition, warm milk itself is a good sleeping pill. Therefore, it is better to drink classic coffee without additives if you need to wake up as soon as possible. And after lunch, you can enjoy a drink with the addition of milk.

It is helpful to know: that this version of the traditional favorite drink is safe for your blood pressure, and taking it will not lead to “jumps” in blood pressure is explained by the fact that milk does not allow caffeine to constrict blood vessels. Low blood pressure is still worth drinking a small portion of classic espresso.

Who should not drink coffee with milk?

Despite the apparent benefits of the drink, people refuse to consume it:

  • Suffering from diseases of the gastrointestinal tract;
  • With heart ailments (hypertension, tachycardia, ischemic diseases, etc.),
  • As you can see, milk coffee can be an excellent alternative to a traditional drink. However, even when using it, it is recommended to adhere to the measure and not drink more than 2-3 cups a day.
